If you have consented to receive text messages from Atlas Logistics LLC, you may receive messages related to conversational purposes that are necessary to perform the duties of a driver. This includes:

• Providing a truck number for new drivers
• Asking for availability
• Dispatching of load information
• Tracking the load while in transit
• Asking for POD/delivery confirmation
• Providing any additional information that might be needed to complete the load such as; contact phone numbers, pickup reference numbers and map pin if needed to help find a pickup or delivery location

Message Frequency:

Message frequency may vary depending on whether a driver is available or not.  For example, you may receive 1 SMS messages per week if you are not working that week, or you may receive up to 50 SMS messages per week related to conversational purposes for dispatching and tracking of load information if you are available every day and if we book you a load every day of the week. 

– Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

– Opt-In Method:

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Atlas Logistics LLC in the following ways:

• Verbally, during a conversation

• By submitting an online form

• By filling out a paper form

– Opt-Out Method:

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.
